We care deeply about making sure our people are on the right bus and the right seat. We’re on the lookout for a Talent Acquisition Manager/Senior Manager in Indonesia to join our regional People team to help grow our team in Asia.
You will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to help build up a world-class Talent Acquisition team that can acquire and attract exceptional A players for Glints. This role will also focus on people management and process/operational excellence, in addition to individual talent acquisition duties.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage a team of Talent Acquisition Associates across Indonesia, while also exhibiting personal leadership by contributing to individual targets
- Drive team productivity and results through a focus on process and operational excellence
- Build healthy sourcing and talent pipelines for a variety of roles
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes to hire quality candidates in a timely manner
- Collaborate effectively with leadership and hiring managers to drive hiring outcomes

Who We Are Looking For
- Minimally 3 - 6 years of experience in in-house talent acquisition, with experience leading teams and hiring for senior-level, executive positions
- A good command of English (spoken and written)
- A team player who has a keen sense of mission and embodies our RIIBCOH values
- A self-starter who is able to deliver quality outcomes at speed
- Highly adaptable and personally organised
- Process- and systems-oriented
- Experience in high-volume hiring greatly preferred
