Your main duties in flying with us
- Understand the job needs of the assigned role (job requirements, jobdesc, etc)
- Practice to update and post the job ads in various sourcing channels
- Practice to do sourcing in various channels (for Intern, junior, mid level) and approach active & passive candidates
- Support the TAs for sourcing, scheduling, contacting, and liaising with the users
- Understand how to interview and type of questions (behavioral event interview, STAR, etc)
- Practice to make list of questions & interview candidate (for Intern, junior, mid level)
- Practice to create the candidate assessment result for Hiring Managers
- Update recruitment tracker and database regularly
- Update the Referee if their Referral is being proceed/rejected (tiket.com Referral Progam)
- Involve in improvement projects
Mandatory belongings that you must prepare
- Final year student or fresh graduate from any major who's interested with recruitment and human resource management
- Great communication skill
- Excellent English communication skill
- Good in stakeholder management
- Willing to learn
- Able to join immediately
