We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team in Jakarta, to help build a world-class team at Glints by acquiring and attracting exceptional A-players for the Sales team.

What you'll be doing:
You will be trained and entrusted to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for the Sales team. This means having ownership and the autonomy to build your own talent pipelines, be a trusted consultant and partner to our business leaders, ensure the best candidate experience, and help bring on board talented candidates that embody and champion our RIIBCOH values.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and drive quality hires in a timely manner
  • Build healthy and innovative sourcing channels and talent pipelines, not limited to market talent mapping and maintaining a network of high-potential candidates for proactive hiring
  • Be a trusted partner and advisor to hiring managers on the hiring process
  • Support all necessary administration relating to the hiring process 

Who We Are Looking For

  • Final year student or fresh graduate from any major. Experience as an intern in the HR/recruitment area will be a plus point.
  • Passionate about people and recruitment 
  • Target driven, but with a focus on quality
  • Organised and able to handle multiple streams of work 
  • Adaptable, and able to learn quickly
  • A good communicator
Please be aware that the duration of the internship is 6 months and we prefer someone who can join immediately
