What Will You Do
- Spearheading workstreams on transformation initiatives as aligned with regional and global talent acquisition drive to bring standardization and scalability, while providing data insights in talent acquisition initiatives along with proven prowess in brand building, skillfulness in authentic storytelling, and a strategic mindset, you will develop, build, strengthen our employer brand reputation in this region
- Manage critical projects by clearly defining the objective, scope of work, data-backed solutions, while including cross-functional collaboration to bring efficiency and effectiveness to the Talent Acquisition team
- Partner with the TA leadership team to help define areas of opportunity to increase talent pipeline while maintaining a great overall experience for candidates and hiring managers
- Spearhead the Talent Acquisition process optimization; both processes and tools
- Manage dependencies and interfaces between projects and line organizations
- Use quantitative and qualitative data to inform process improvements and drive change management within the global Talent Acquisition team
- Lead the TA Projects team: Analytics & Reporting, Digital Transformation, Talent Engagement
- Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiation, renewals, and quarterly business review
What You Will Need
- Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of experience working within Talent Acquisition and Project Management, ideally in a fast-paced, growth-oriented company
- Fluent command in English language, both written and conversational
- Experienced in leading a team Excellent communication and presentation skills, and also the capability to influence and convince others at all levels
- Strong business acumen, with good analytical skill to formulate strategies
- A (figuratively) professional juggler, who loves to be exposed to multiple challenges!
- In-depth knowledge/experience of performance management strategies and tactics
