- Job Description
- Work closely with Product Operations team to drive initiatives and provide insights on Shopee app performance improvements
- Research and analyze competitor app performance landscape to provide insights on potential improvements for the app performance
- Provide prompt updates on testing progress and clear escalation of potential risks to app performance team
- Provide comprehensive documentation of test cases, test results, and insights for the required app performance testing
- Identify and propose ways to constantly improve app performance testing efficiency.
- Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Informatics Engineering, or any related field will be an added value. Other bachelor degree welcome to apply.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Ability to work independently or with minimal assistance.
- Good communication and problem solving skill.
- Strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to communicate efficiently in English
- Highly goal-driven and able to work well in dynamic environments.
