- Melakukan monitoring Status Man Power (FASO, FM, AFM, dan RM).
- Melakukan pembuatan akun baru untuk FASO yang baru.
- Melakukan cleansing rutin terhadap akun FASO yang resign.
- Memberikan pelatihan FASO baru dalam menggunakan sistem.
- Membantu FASO apabila terjadi error pada sistem (ekskalasi ke Tim Product/IT).
- Memiliki kemampuan kounikasi yang baik.
- Memiliki kemampuan Ms. Excel yang baik (Fungsi-fungsi, Pivot table/chart).
- Memiliki kemampuan detail oriented.
- Mampu bekerja secara team.
