Surveyor Manager

- Oversee the work of 50 surveyors to ensure that they are following standard operating procedures (SOP) consistently across all branches.
- Develop capacity planning and productivity tracking systems for surveyors and promptly report any related issues to management.
- Ensure that all surveyors meet their service level agreements (SLAs) and provide comprehensive reports.
- Identify and address issues related to surveyors and propose action plans and strategies to enhance SLA compliance and productivity.
- Verify the completion of all documents and the quality of survey reports.
- Conduct training to surveyors on new policies, processes, improvement plans, coaching strategies, and industry-specific fraud trends.
- At least a bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
- Demonstrate experience in leading large teams within organizations related to operations, credit, surveys, inspections, or control.
- Capable of delivering training and coaching.
- Strong leadership and communication skills in both Bahasa and English.
- Having a high sense of fraud management and control, with a proactive and balanced approach to risk versus reward.
