Supply Chain Associate (urgently needed)

Our second brand Glowinc is breaking the boundaries by offering genderless products at affordable prices. Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers.  We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.

Job Description

•  In charge of SKU creation and updating product attribute in master data, including any price movements
• Generate PO (FG, PM, label, gimmick) to ensure availability of regular products and new launches
• Monitor PO status/progress (e.g. payment) and follow up with supplier to ensure delivery as per plan
• Availability to purchase (ATP) tracking on daily level across channel
• Weekly review and provide stock allocation in system according to sales forecast
• Publish slow moving items report then coordinate with sales team to have depletion plan
• Perform root cause analysis and support continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain
• Handle brand end to end operation from onboarding, shipment, launches, and replenishment

Requirement

• Fresh graduate in related discipline or bachelor degree with 1-2 years relevant experience
• Prior exposure into FMCG or beauty products within industrial operations/planning area is preferred
• Good at multi-tasking, prioritization of work, cross function communication, and problem solving
• Familiar and able to operate Ms Excel and Google Sheet for analysis or reporting tool
• Fast learner, driven, proactive, and organized in high growth VUCA environment
