Job Descriptions:
- Independently engaged with clients that using Ninjavan services/platform
- Respond to shippers queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, chat or face to face.
- Identify shippers needs and help them use specific features (if any)
- Analyze and report service malfunctions
- Update our internal databases with information about issues and useful discussions with shippers
- Monitor shippers complaints on system log and reach out to provide assistance
- Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
- Inform shippers about new features and issues are resolved
- Gather shippers feedback and share with our Sales, Key Account Manager & Management
- Pro-actively propose structural changes or new solutions to streamline existing processes to increase operation efficiency & client's retention.
- Maintain open communication with all stakeholders, internal and external, across different geographies, throughout the onboarding, shipping and delivery cycle.
- Assist superior in any ad hoc tasks.
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor in any relevant discipline
- Experience as a Sales Executive, Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role for at least 1 year
- Fresh graduates encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in logistics or 3PL management or similar activities advantageous
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa. Additional languages such as Mandarin will be advantageous.
- Strong Excel/data analysis and management skills - ideal candidate will be able to showcase demonstrated competence in this area with structured thinking
- Able to work independently, and is a team player, with excellent interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, with excellent organisational skills and a strong sense of job ownership
- Adaptable, proactive, and possess a positive attitude and work ethics.
- Able to multi-task and is results-driven.
- Flexible with working hours to meet deadlines for tasks, projects & client inquiry.
- High conscientiousness, client-centricity, and good communication skills
- Previous experience in logistics or 3PL management or similar activities advantageous
