This role will act to oversee and support the Head of Strategy on the following:Strategy formulation: including long-term vision, strategy, roadmap, and strategic planStrategic planning: including annual business plan, initiative planning, budget planning, and performance trackingMarket analysis: including competitive analysis, and identifying new opportunities for expansionSpecial projects: including driving alignment on strategy and implementation, monitoring and execution of strategic projects and initiatives

What we are looking for in you
- Bachelor's degree with an outstanding academic record
- At least 4 years of experience in a strategy function, management consulting, investment banking, or investing
- Strong business acumen with understanding of regional Southeast Asia tech environment
- Demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Strong verbal and communication skills
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- Preference for ability to speak and write in Bahasa Indonesia
