This role will act to oversee and support the Head of Strategy on the following:
Strategy formulation: including long-term vision, strategy, roadmap, and strategic plan
Strategic planning: including annual business plan, initiative planning, budget planning, and performance tracking
Market analysis: including competitive analysis, and identifying new opportunities for expansion
Special projects: including driving alignment on strategy and implementation, monitoring and execution of strategic projects and initiatives
As part of the role, you will be working closely with all stakeholders inside and outside the organization.
What we are looking for in you
- Bachelor's degree with an outstanding academic record
- At least 4 years of experience in a strategy function, management consulting, investment banking, or investing
- Strong business acumen with understanding of regional Southeast Asia tech environment
- Demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Strong verbal and communication skills
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- Preference for ability to speak and write in Bahasa Indonesia
