Main Responsibilities
- Supervising Marketing Communication activities by strategizing the brand story and concept of Fazz Capital (Modal Rakyat) to external and internal parties
- Maintaining governmental relationship with strategic external parties such as OJK (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan) and active being a core member of AFPI (Asosiasi Pendanaan Fintech Indonesia)
- Monitoring Corporate Finance activities related with Parent company, as well as maintaining P&L of Modal Rakyat
- Lead and secure Fundraising effort for Institution Lenders such as Banks and Multi Finances.
- Supervising Performance management monitoring, including Compensation and Benefits of Modal Rakyat staffs
- Explore Business Development Opportunities with strategic ecosystem partners through leads generation, negotiation, and building compiling decks
- Work on projects across all teams internally (marketing, product, sales and data team) and externally
- Prepare weekly, monthly & quarterly analysis of key financial and operational metrics to provide recommendations for team’s and leaderships decision making
- Drive and execute key strategic projects with C executives - from conducting root cause analysis of high-priority issues to implementing proposed solutions (e.g new product, new market entry, organization scaling, or other ad-hoc projects)
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in any field from reputable university
- Minimum of 4 years in high senior/management role of relevant work experience in a fast paced environment (consulting, investment banking and/or fast-paced startup would be preferred)
- Marketing planning initiatives
- Highly comfortable in an ambiguous environment and organization that changes frequently
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication (English is a must) and interpersonal skills, a team player with a hands-on approach
- Adaptable to new and fast-changing environments with a proven ability to succeed in challenging environments that stretch you to your limits
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in Financial Modelling would be a plus
