Job Title: Strategic Planner

Location: Jakarta, Indonesia 

 
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Deliver more effective and engaging direct comms, by bringing an understanding of their business, their brands and their audiences together with best practice and outside inspiration.
  • Helping to drive key marketing projects and day to day communications with our on-site creative teams.
  • Building brands for our Content Creators.
  • Working closely with marketing teams across the Unilever business units to develop.
  • Refine propositions and to develop and refine briefs and to help encourage innovation and bravery.
  • Define, analyze and propose a branding strategy that not only helps differentiate our influencers with competitors in the market but also integrate their roles into larger IMC strategies.
  • Develop integrated comms strategies, customer journeys and detailed comms plans for new initiatives and innovations.
  • Provides strategic direction and defines the guidelines from which the creative team and other teams can work easily to cascade them into daily content.
  • Work with the Account team to prepare external proposals to pitch for larger projects from c
  • Advise on best practice for testing and optimization.
  • Proactive with suggestions about how propositions, briefs and comms can be improved.

 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE: 

  • 3 years + experience in integrated communication planning role or social/ digital strategic planning role with a high tendency to go beyond social & digital space
  • Strong CRM and comms planning experience across comms, social & digital
  • Strong customer journey planning skills
  • Proven track record in developing strategic digital marketing plans
  • Experience in developing brand propositions
  • Strong analytical skills: the ability to derive insight from wide ranging data sources, and to simplify complex problems
  • Strong communication skills: the ability to be clear and inspiring in written and verbal communications
  • Strong commercial understanding to ensure thinking is grounded in clients’ business issues
  • Good knowledge of the digital fields, especially influencer marketing and the media
  • Demonstrated track record of bringing insight, strategy and ideas generation new business pitches
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Excellent team working skills
  • Collaborative, practical and solutions focused
