We are seeking a highly driven and strategic professional to join our team as a Strategic Partnership Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong partnerships, delivering compelling data-driven insights, and leading cross-functional initiatives to support business growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including media agencies, leading brands, and corporate clients
- Lead and execute partnership initiatives to drive business opportunities and strengthen market positioning
- Deliver structured and compelling data presentations, turning insights into actionable strategies for internal and external stakeholders
- Manage client-facing engagements with professionalism, ensuring clear communication and long-term relationship building
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute trade marketing or project management activities supporting business development
- Provide leadership in projects, guiding teams and ensuring deliverables are met on time and with quality
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus
- Minimum 6-10 years of experience in partnership development, business development, account management, or related client-facing roles
- Proven experience engaging with media agencies, top-tier brands, or high-demand B2B clients
- Strong leadership skills with demonstrated ability to drive results and lead cross-functional projects
- Excellent partnership development and relationship management capabilities
- Professional in appearance with exceptional structured communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong data understanding and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex insights into clear, persuasive presentations.
- Prior experience in trade marketing or project management will be considered an advantage.
- Self-starter with strong drive to make things happen and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
