INDICO is a subsidiary of Telkomsel, Indonesia's leading digital telecom company. INDICO plays a strategic role as a holding company that houses current and prospective vertical digital business portfolios, including Kuncie (edu-tech), Fita (health-tech), and Majamojo (game). Moving forward INDICO aims to explore opportunities in multiple verticals adjacent to Telkomsel鈥檚 digital businesses. As a digital platform company, INDICO aims to leverage Telkomsel鈥檚 digital assets and capabilities to create a flywheel effect of innovations to develop cross-sectoral digital solutions that will empower Indonesia鈥檚 digital economy.
Your responsibilities are but not limited to:
- Support in Corporate Planning and Strategic Control; framing business problems, finding and analysing relevant data to solve strategic business issues
- Support INDICO鈥檚 management Board of Directors in strategic meetings with Board of Commissioner and make sure the meeting agenda and plan executed
- Conduct quantitative/qualitative research and analysis necessary in developing recommendations for Management Team
- Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
- Coordinating the development of INDICO OKR & Policies and other documents as needed to enable a successful implementation of new Business/Project/Company Regulations
- Cascading the OKR to Business Users and monitor the overall performance of relevant stakeholders
- Bachelor degree in Mathematics/Statistics/Finance/Business or any related fields
- Have 3-4 year of work experience in Corporate Planning, Project Management or any related fields, preferably from start-up industry
- Exposure to both strategy and operations side of the business is preferred
- Passionate about learning new things and deal with ambiguity
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the aptitude to communicate effectively in both Stakeholders and/or Shareholders
- Able to think creatively, identify, and build support for innovative/outside-the-box solutions.
