We are the leading direct-to-consumer womenswear brand, headquartered in Singapore, with an omni-channel presence across Indonesia and Malaysia, a retail franchise in Cambodia, and are fast expanding into international markets namely Japan, Hong Kong SAR China and United States of America.

The Role
You will play an important role in helping to build our retail business unit and representing our brand to the masses. Reporting into the Area Supervisor, you will be integral to the success of Love, Bonito especially as we go into hyper growth over the next few years!
Your main role is to train and coach your co-workers in educating our guests and maintaining the best customer experience on the sales floor. Through our guest interactions, we aim to empower women to gain confidence through styling and clothing. At Love, Bonito, we put the LB woman at the heart of everything we do.
Main Responsibilities
- Acts as the assigned Person In Charge (PIC) of the store, responsible for overall store management, including but not limited to performances (KPIs), customer service, internal training.
- Under the lead and supervision of the Retail Area SPV, support in day-to-day leadership and key areas of store operations.
- Work with the Retail Area SPV to lead store sales performance by thoroughly understanding sales performance of individual products in order to execute good layout fundamentals.
- Work with the Retail Area SPV to drive customer service excellence - drives KPIs such as sales, conversion rate, AOQ, AOV, and CX and NPS scores, feedback from customers, and the number of compliments every week.
- Coach staff members in providing the best guest experience, and plays a hands-on role on the sales floor - delegates work, encourages, and provides feedback to the team on areas of CS during daily operations.
- Actively builds team cohesion and works with the Retail Area SPV to weed out toxicity in the team’s dynamics.
- Provide a seamless shopping experience and ensure that all merchandise are available in all colours, sizes, and quantities on the floor on a daily check basis.
- Oversee daily and weekly deliverables such as the store checklist and bag-checklists.
- Receive and process new stock, replenishments, returns, damages and transfers, as well as support all stock-take exercises in accordance to the rules.
- Cashiering duties using the POS system to process payments and close accounts for the closing shift - be fully equipped with the knowledge and experience to investigate and eliminate daily discrepancies.
- Work with Retail Area SPV in churning out daily, weekly, and monthly rostering in a timely manner.
- Become a good role model for your team members! Be responsible for you and your team member’s disciplinary matrix in regards to grooming, tardiness, etc.
- Manage and be accountable for store finances such as cash advance, LPJ, shipping fees, cash deposits to Finance.
- Using team talks, shares knowledge regarding company general information, fashion news, new product information, customer feedback, and staff communication.
Requirements & Experiences :
- FEMALE, minimum 17 years old
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a retail leadership role, or equivalent.
- Completion of tertiary education and a good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and G Suite/Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides) will be a plus.
- Ability to communicate in English is preferred (expected to have foreign tourists in our store!).
- Numerate and tech savvy!
- Open to working various shifts and able to work 6 days a week (including weekends and public holidays). Weekends are where all the magic happens!
