As Store Expansion Executive, you will be responsible for locating new areas in Malaysia to expand Ninja Stores, and to train the new store teams in adherence to strict expansion timelines. Identifying new areas involves on the ground market research, desktop research and other means

Responsibilities

Doing market research on various locations, and doing groundwork to open new stores
Assisting to train new teams on pre- defined SOPs
Assisting to monitor performance of new stores, and adherence to SOPs
Working with business unit head to refine SOPs further, based on day to day experience
Coordinating store openings with other departments

Requirements

Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively with team members, within the organization
Ability to multitask and manage more than one deliverable at a time
Professional fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin will be an advantage but not a must)
Candidate must possess at least a diploma of any field
At least 1 years of working experience in logistics or e-commerce industry is preferred for this position
Possess own transportation (preferably car)
