Steward Supervisor | AYANA Midplaza, JAKARTA

AYANA Hospitality is looking for a Steward Supervisor to join our team at AYANA Midplaza Jakarta. As a Steward Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of stewards to ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen and make sure that all tableware and equipment are in pristine condition.

You will also be responsible for monitoring the inventory of cleaning supplies and chemicals, implementing and enforcing proper safety protocols, and assisting with various kitchen duties. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership and communication skills as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of stewards to ensure the kitchen and food service areas are clean and organized at all times.
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and chemicals and ensure adequate supply levels at all times.
• Implement and enforce proper safety protocols and procedures.
• Train new stewards and ensure that they understand their responsibilities and job duties.
• Assist with various kitchen duties, including dishwashing, kitchen cleaning, and food preparation.
• Maintain a positive attitude and work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the department's operations.
