Staff Security - Riverside Golf Club

Riverside Golf Club is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Staff Security. As a part of our commitment to ensuring a safe and secure environment for our guests and staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and integrity of our properties.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of the premises.
• Perform regular security checks of facilities, equipment, and personnel to maintain a safe environment.
• Control access to buildings and property, verifying the identity of individuals entering and exiting.
• Respond to alarms and incidents; investigate disturbances and take appropriate action.
• Document daily activities, incidents, and irregularities in reports.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
• Enforce hospitality policies and procedures to ensure guest and staff safety.

• Age min. 18 max. 25 years old
• Indonesian citizen with a valid security certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in security or a related field, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and respond quickly to emergencies.
• Proficient in basic computer skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
