- Be a strong user advocate for HappyFresh customers and teams
- Evaluate requirements and collaborate with Product Managers, UX Researchers, UX Writers, Tech, Data, and functions in the wider organization
- Use data, investigate with UX Researchers, talk to customers, and foster a culture of curiosity on user goals and behavior
- Craft intuitive, user-centered, and simple design strategies and assets that satisfy and delight users and meet business objectives
- Lead initiatives to advance design thinking and principles
- Improve design processes to impact quality of solutionsLays down initiatives with a view on near-future scaling
- Identify improvement opportunities using product metrics
- Test and iterate designs, always with an eye on localization
- Deliver and evolve cohesive visual elements across the entire HappyFresh product catalog
- Create and maintain design guidelines & documentation
Requirements
- User-centered, always advocating for end users (customers, pickers and drivers)
- Have an excellent design portfolio that demonstrates critical UX thinking and UI skills
- Minimum 4 years of experience, or equivalent, in design for web and mobile products
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-organization and time management skills
- Expertise in Figma and Miro, and other product dashboards and tools
- Always seeking to improve and take the initiative
Nice to Have
- Experience in e-commerceUnderstands and/or has worked in at least 1 of our markets
