Sr. Product Manager - Flight
We think you also hate when travel app is giving you a headache, right? A slight misinformation can ruin the trip.
That is exactly what we are tackling as t-fam! Making sure that our 17+ million users have the best experience in crafting their own adventure.
Your main duties in flying with us:
- Drive analytics-based decisions to improve the flight user experience
- Integrate and manage machine learning-based product for end customers
- Proficient with experiment methodologies to drive improvements on the user experience
- Drive product roadmap and development that is scalable and modular to accommodate future requirements
- Continuous learning attitude to keep informed and experiment the product to drive efficiency for the company as well as provide a better customer experience
- Engage various stakeholders clearly to make sure the team can achieve the goals
Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:
- Experienced PM with >4 years of experience
- Have “can do” spirit combined with high energetic attitude
- Great problem solving skills
- Excellent and effective communication skills
- Ability to drive people
- Self-starter who doesn’t hesitate to proactively approach in order to learn fast
- Skilled at working with cross-functional groups to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Tech-savvy who loves to stay on top of industry trends
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computing Science, Engineering, or related field is a must
- Experience in machine learning and AI-based product development is an asset
- Experience in tech start-ups, large tech companies and/or top consulting firms is an asset
- Experience in the OTA or travel-related industry is an asset
