- Design and maintain project roadmap based on changing priorities and market opportunities
- Conduct primary & secondary research, understand market trends and analyze large amount of data to come up with insight to drive the product roadmap
- Oversee and write features, user stories, and acceptance criteria, as well as refine backlog
- Ensure platform features are prioritized in backlog against other competing priorities to meet the roadmap requirements
- Ensure solutions meet company-wide requirements in terms of non-functional performance, security, compliance, and social responsibility
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
- Work closely with cross-functional team and multiple stakeholders to deliver timely to market while also optimizing current resources
- Test platform features, demo to support teams, business support, and end user if necessary
- Plan and coordinate feature releases and keep track post deployment
- Strong project management skills
- Bachelor degree in Business or Technology
- Strong team player with willingness & humbleness to learn & listen from others
- Comfortable working in uncertainties as you have to do ruthless prioritzation
- At least 3 years working experience as a Product Manager (preferably from a B2B SaaS Company)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to balance conflicting priorities and work independently as you’ll be required to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong skills in planning, organization, scheduling, problem solving, and decision-making skills
