About the role
As our next Sr. People Strategy Analyst, you will play an important role in managing A-Team, promoting optimize workplace productivity and ensuring our organizational development solutions will help Amartha answer it’s current and future needs.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and identify opportunities to increase team and organization efficiency and effectiveness both Head Office and Field Office
- Maintain a dynamic and excellence career progression for all employees
- Build a healthy succession pipelines by designing succession plan, including assessing, mapping, develop development and retention program, and give a company-wide analysis to ensure our people as an enabler to our business
- Establish and execute empowerment framework to employee both Head Office and Field Office
- Support implementation of a behavioral competency framework for HR process
- Establish and execute excellent performance management process to drive organization's business
- Regular job description, organization structure, successor review, policy
- Support wellbeing and engagement activity implementatio
- Should have at least a bachelor's degree, background in Human Resources Management / Psychology would be a plus point
- Should have at least 4 years experience in Human Resources, especially in people management management, performance management, organizational development, and/or talent management
- Experienced in a start-up company will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking and planning skill
- Self-starter with independent decision making ability
- Passion in empowering employees to unlock their full potential
- Team player and resourceful with a positive can-do attitude
- Good understanding of data analytical skills
- Able to make powerful presentation
