As our Sr. Impact Analyst, you will be responsible to conceptualize event themes, prepare and manage event timelines, and generate media interest in ways that will make people interested in knowing more about our business.
Responsibilities:
- Create and organize the event schedule for multiple events, both offline and online
- Develop a variety of event concepts
- Manage and maintain event budgets
- Site selection and research
- Coordination vendors and logistics, including booth and merchandise production
- Organize physical and digital marketing for the event
- Process invoices with vendors
- Maintain relationships with vendors
- Write a post-event report to debrief what went right and what can be improved upon
- Calculate risks and rewards with big event decisions
- Develop relationships with potential clients to grow our business
- Should have at least 3 years of experience as Project Manager, Campaign Planner, Product Marketing, or other relevant roles
- A bachelor's degree in hospitality, public relations, marketing, or a similar field
- Proficient in spoken and written English is preferred
- Proficient with presentation tools (Powerpoint, Slides), Microsoft excel, google sheet, and analytics tools for generating insights
- Technical skills in budgeting
- The ability to keep all the moving parts of various events organized
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for the small details
- Self-motivated with strong leadership skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Creativity
- The ability to communicate the proper expectations for the event to a large team
