Sr Finance & Accounting Manager

We are looking for an intelligent, creative Sr Finance & Accounting Manager to join our finance team who can help us create an impact on the branding of the organization. Job Description:

• Reviewing and monitoring team tasks to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables
• Setting up, improving, and refining company’s finance policy
• Providing recommendation to management to improve internal control’s efficiency and effectiveness on all business aspects
• Monitoring Indonesia cash balance and monthly budget
• Approving Indonesia payment transactions on regular payment schedules as per approved limit by director
• Monitoring and executing all SG transactions, including fund transfer from SG to Indo
• Responsible for both statutory (external audit) and management reporting (investor report) of the company
• Providing finance guideline, perspective and insight during the meeting with other departments
• Managing all finance, accounting, and tax related tasks of the company
• Other related tasks as required by the director of the company

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree from accounting, economics, business/ commerce major
• At least 6 years of working experience in similar roles, preferably from e-grocery or retail startup company
• Strong leadership and highly motivated to overcome challenges
• High attention to detail, professional, hardworking, and person of integrity
• Proficient in Excel and Gsheet
• Proficient in business english
• Ability to work independently and to adapt to fast-paced of business environment
