We’re looking for a Special Projects Associate/Manager, Indonesia to join our CEO Office team, to serve as the trusted right-hand person to, and extension of, the Country Manager in Indonesia. This is a critical strategic leadership role which will create greater impact for the organization and its customers.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Analyze past data & develop models for key indicators and metrics to continuously improve commercial efficiency, such as working with key leaders to improve sales funnel conversions based on best practices
- Drive workstreams surrounding understanding market dynamics and competitive insights
- Support leadership team in tracking and completing the most important Objectives and Key Results within the company
- Support weekly, monthly & quarterly meetings as they occur, and driving data analysis for follow-up questions, etc.
- Drive trust and collaboration with key ID leadership team, by arranging activities and improving People Metrics together with People Team
- Support on other high-level priorities as needed
Who We Are Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in a consulting or strategy role
- Comfortable driving end-to-end data analysis on strategic or ambiguous problems
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Excel modeling skills
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management
- Strong work ethic with a get-it-done growth mindset and willing to go the extra mile
- Proactive with proposing solutions and flagging issues
- Open to travel (subject to healthcare / COVID situation)
- Strong attention to detail; achieves high standards of excellence
