About the Role
Strap on your helmet and climb onboard as our Special Project Associate! In this role, you'll take charge in identifying our customers and driver-partners' pain points in efforts to improve their user experience using our Transport products and ultimately drive improvements for the products as well. You'll work closely with fellow Service Excellence teammates and with cross-functional teams such as Product and Driver Core -- together you'll craft strategic plans to increase efficiency of the business process and reduce defect rates. Your contribution will ensure that our customers and driver-partners receive the attention, experience, and opportunities they deserve.
What You Will Do
- Monitor & analyze the defect rates of all products under the Transport & Logistic scope and generate insight as improvement recommendation to the respective Product teams
- Work closely with the Driver Core department (specifically the Trust & Safety, Lifecycle, and Experience teams) to develop initiatives that will reduce defect rates caused by the driver-partners
- Act as the PIC for the Care team and provide updates on any projects and/or initiatives related to the Transport & Logistic products
- Work with the Engineering team to develop ticket automation process
What You Will Need
- At least 3 years of experience in a strategy, process/product improvement, or project management role
- Proven experience in managing projects related to business and operational processes
- Strong project management, communication, problem-solving and analytical skills in order to effectively deliver on every stage of a strategic project - from conception, distribution, to execution
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with flexible deadlines and priorities
