Job Descriptions
- Update and report to Head of Curriculum & Content for developments regarding special and B2B programs
- Hold research and keep up with anything related to the trends in kids
- Hold research and keep up with national curriculum and school subjects
- Create updated program catalog for B2B offers
- Develop learning program for any special programs and B2B related projects
- Collaborate in designing learning materials for special program
- Brief and train teachers for Kalananti special program
- Collaborate with B2B Bizops team in any Special program initiatives with clients or schools
- Attend weekly company and division meetings
- Participate in team-building and learning activities
Job Requirements
- Experience in student-centered curriculum designing
- Good understanding in 21st century education programs (especially in STEAM field)
- Proven project management skills
- Excellent communication skills, as well as proven interpersonal & organizational skills
- Creative and innovative thinker and planner
- Have good command of passive English
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple works at the same time
- Willing to learn, share, and collaborate with other team member
- Experience with children in an educational setting is a plus
