As the first point of contact for our spa, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and exceptional spa experience. Your professionalism and attention to detail will be vital as you assist guests in navigating our spa services, while also managing appointments and inquiries with efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing information about spa services and promotions.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain accurate records in our booking system.
- Process payments and handle transactions in compliance with company procedures.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone or email.
- Ensure the reception area is welcoming and organized, promoting an inviting atmosphere.
- Collaborate with the spa team to deliver outstanding guest service and satisfaction.
- Previous experience as a Spa Receptionist or in a customer service role within the hospitality industry.
- Exceptional communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with appointment booking systems is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in hospitality are a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
