SPA Manager I AYANA Komodo

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the spa, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain guests, including creating and promoting spa packages and special offers.
  • Ensure that all spa treatments and services are delivered to the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
  • Monitor and evaluate guest feedback to continuously improve the spa experience.
  • Train and motivate spa staff, providing coaching and guidance as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments within the resort to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Manage the spa budget, including analyzing financial reports and making adjustments as necessary.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, and implement new ideas and concepts as appropriate.
  • Handle any guest complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the resort's sustainability initiatives.

  • Having minimum 5 year experience in managerial position from 4 or 5 stars Hotel
  • Proven experience as a Spa Manager or similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of spa treatments and products.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in a luxury hotel or resort is preferred.
