As a Sourcing Partnership Associate, you will be crucial in managing relationships with digital goods suppliers and ensuring the optimal pricing of digital goods that meet with business needs. Your ability to negotiate and collaborate effectively will contribute to the overall efficiency and competitiveness of our offerings. 

What you will do but not limited to: 

• Managing supplier and inventory control of digital goods. 

• Managing all documentation related digital goods, including commercial agreements, invoices, purchase orders, and liaise with related stakeholder in Legal and/or Finance for further process or arrangement.  

• Negotiate terms and agreements with suppliers to secure favourable pricing and conditions. 

• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality standards. 

• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance and conduct regular reviews to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations. 

• Finding new supplier and follow up on existing leads. 

• Prepare reports and presentations if needed, on supplier performance and its inventory, pricing historical data, upcoming potential suppliers for management review. 

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or related field. 

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in managing supplier of digital goods,  

• Good in Microsoft Excel, able to analyze profitability product and provide recommendation. 

• Well organized, strong negotiation skills and experience in contract management. 

• Proven track record of developing and maintaining supplier of digital goods. 

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions. 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration. 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
