We’re looking for a Sourcing Associate to join our Remote Hiring team, to manage and track sourcing teams performances in acquiring and maintaining good customer relationships with candidates by providing the best community journey for qualified candidates to achieve individual and team’s sales target.
You will be assisting vet candidates through overall vetting process until they get recommended.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling end-to-end vetting process starting from acquisition to nurturing in order to generatehigh-value candidates pipelines through both strategic and targeting prospects.
- Training team members to source high-value candidates by being the face of the brand and providing outstanding customer experience by forming a strong rapport with candidates, communicating empathetically, and creating a psychologically safe environment that encourages candidates to share about their progress and blockers on their vetting & job searching process
- Keeping up our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) up-to-date and accurate (Airtable).
- Tracking both of our pipeline volume and quality by ensuring we have enough incoming profiles to be generate and good quality at the same time

Who We Are Looking For
- Someone who is good and confident with their communication skills; intermediate to advanced written and verbal English skills (must have) as you will be using English on a daily basis -- Chinese and Cantonese is a plus
- Someone who has a really good persuasion and negotiation skills
- Proven experience applying this skill in previous working or internship or organizational or projects.
- Having past work experience in managing a team of at least 4 people.
- Someone who is target driven, clearly not afraid with target
- Willing to find a way to fulfill the target
- Someone who is a fast learner, and easily adaptable.
- Someone who has a critical and analytical mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Superb interpersonal skills.
- Strong self-motivation.
