The Digital Services team provides e-commerce sellers with a suite of digital tools that automates and optimizes the most challenging aspects of the e-commerce process, allowing users to streamline order fulfillment and manage customer experience across various digital channels and platforms, integrating it with our delivery services to create a hassle-free experience.

Responsibility
- According to product requirements specifications and interactive design documents, prepare software test plans and test cases, formulate test strategies and test plans, and be responsible for product quality;
- Build a test environment and be responsible for testing work;
- Information collection and compatibility and adaptation testing of local mainstream operators and mobile phones to ensure the correctness and completeness of the test
- Be responsible to communicate and collaborate with teams such as product development, and deliver test on schedule;
- Follow up problems in use of customers without delay, and also replicate and locate problems;
- 根据产品需求规格与交互设计文档，编写软件测试方案与测试用例，制定测试策略与测试计划，对产品质量负责；
- 搭建测试环境，负责测试工作的执行；
- 对当地主流运营商、主流手机的信息收集和兼容适配测试，保证测试的正确性和完整性
- 负责和产品开发等其他团队的沟通协作，按期完成测试交付；
- 及时跟进客户出现的使用问题，复现问题并尽量定位问题；
岗位职责:
Requirement
- Computer and software related major, bachelor degree or above
- 3+ years working experience in software product testing in app and web etc.
- Familiar with software testing process and testing methods, a master in mainstream testing and management tools, and have strong hands-on active ability
- Able to prepare test schemes, test plans, test cases and test reports independently
- Familiar with interface testing, performance, TCP/IP protocol, network security and other related testing work
- Possess a high sense of responsibility, good communication and coordination skills and a sense of teamwork, and also have strong learning ability and work pressure resistance
- Proficient command of Mandarin to communicate with Product team in China
- 计算机、软件相关专业，大学本科以上学历
- 3年以上app，web等软件产品测试工作经验
- 熟悉软件测试流程、测试方法，掌握主流的测试及管理工具，动手能力强
- 能独立制定和编写测试方案、测试计划、测试用例及输出测试报告
- 熟悉接口测试、性能、TCP/IP协议、网络安全等相关测试工作
- 具备高度的责任心、良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作意识，有较强的学习能力与工作抗压能力
- 能用中文与中国产品团队及测试团队进行日常技术交流
