Software Engineering Manager (Bali Base) | AYANA Hospitality (Corporate Office)

As a key member of our team, you will actively write high-quality, maintainable code and contribute directly to our codebase. You will also lead a group of software engineer and conduct code reviews to maintain our coding standards and collaborate with team members to effectively solve problems and deliver high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write and review high-quality code, ensuring best practices.
• Lead and mentor software engineering teams.
• Collaborate on technical direction and strategy.
• Design scalable and reliable software architectures.
• Promote a culture of learning and improvement.

• 6+ years of experience in frontend development with a solid portfolio of projects.
• Expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with extensive experience in modern frameworks such as React (Next.js, Gatsby.js) and Vue.js (Nuxt.js is a plus).
• 3+ years of experience with backend development (Rails/Laravel)
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
• Extensive experience with version control, maintaining thorough documentation, and executing rigorous testing protocols.
