As a Software Engineer on the Customer Care team, you will be building scalable platform to ensure our customers have an effortless and satisfying experience before, during, and after purchasing any product in Traveloka. You will experience how to build various communication channels, from text to voice, with the latest developments in AI technology such as chatbot and sentiment analysis. You will be responsible for the verification of each product purchase as well as refund and reschedule process after the purchase.
You will work in cross-functional teams and meet great people on a regular basis, in addition to working with fellow engineers, you will also work with Product Managers, Designers, Data Analysts, Customer Operations, and other various stakeholders. Building an application is more than just writing code, you will be involved in the complete cycle of product development: ideation, design, implementation, and support.
