Software Developer - Backend

As a Backend Software Developer, you will tackle complex programming challenges that require strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for security. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable, secure, and efficient backend systems.
• Analyze and solve complex software development problems with a structured approach.
• Implement and enforce secure coding best practices to mitigate vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with teams across disciplines to ensure seamless system integration and security compliance.
• Clearly document technical solutions and communicate them effectively.
• Continuously evaluate and improve software based on analytical insights and security assessments.
• Stay updated with the latest security threats and best practices to enhance system defenses.
• Foster a culture of knowledge sharing, teamwork, and continuous learning.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proficiency in backend development, with experience in modern programming languages.
• Familiarity with secure coding principles and industry security standards (e.g., OWASP Top 10, encryption, authentication, and access control).
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Knowledge of security testing tools and methodologies is a plus.
• Experience with frameworks or platforms such as Sitecore and React.js is a plus
