Job Description
- Manage and train counsellors to give better counselling in roder to helop students achieve their learning target
- Manage all operational for softskills class and counselling service
- Review curriculum provided for softskills class in order to be aligned with growth mindset purpose
- Define approaches and activities to help students succeed
Job Requirements
- Background from psychology is an advantage
- Having experience to be counsellor at school
- Minimum 3 years of working experience
- Passionate to education and willing to help students in Indonesia
- Detailed oriented and data basis
