About the role: 
This role reports directly to the Head of Social Media & Digital Content and works closely with the Brand team & other pods to grow various social media channels and manage content production for GoPay marketing activities, leading a team of social media specialists.

What You Will Do

  • Lead a team of 2-4 social media team members, manage the overall social media requests and ensuring each member of the team are getting fair amount of work that fits with their core strength as well as enabling them to stretch and grow even further by assigning them to variety kind of projects that push them out of their comfort zone, yet in acceptable manner
  • Create a data-driven sustainable strategy to strengthen GoPay brand perception and drive preferences to users by analyzing key metrics regularly and then tweak where needed and keep up to date with current social media trends 
  • Develop engaging, high quality and relevant topics to engage current users and to acquire more users that are based on data and research
  • Create regular social media reports and analysis that will inform other teams within GoPay to make informed business decisions   
  • Provide service to the different streams within GoPay to ensure the social media will contribute the company to reach its’ business OKRs including plan and manage promotions and social media campaigns, making sure it fits in overall marketing plans
  • Play the role as brand guardian through overseeing social media content design and copywriting, setting and ensuring the high quality standard and alignment of social media content with brand guidelines and personality.

What You Will Need

  • Basic social media skills (content creation, familiarity with social media channels and key metrics, target audience identification, content planning and updating with latest social media trends).
  • Strong analysis and understanding data skills 
  • Strong creative ideation and content creation skills 
  • Strong project and stakeholders management skill
  • Strong leadership skill
  • Ability to translate brief into creative idea and provide direction to the team on how to bring it to life
  • Ability to translate data to insights and then creative social media content 
  • Ability to cope with multiple projects and super fast pace environment and tight deadline
  • Strong cross-functional team coordination and collaboration
  • 6+ years experience in social media, content and/or marketing field
  • Knowledge in marketing or campaign execution
  • Ability to write, read and speak fluent English

  • Have worked in tech industry and/or startups before
