Beautyhaul is one of the fastest-growing beauty companies in Indonesia that aspires to be the largest vertically integrated beauty ecosystem from supply to retail. Due to its exponential growth, the company has attracted investment from a reputable investor, Sequoia Capital.
Our first brand ''Somethinc'' was founded in 2019, is currently the #1 skincare brand in e-commerce & modern trade with >1M social media followings. Our second brand Glowinc is breaking the boundaries by offering genderless products at affordable prices. Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the Southeast Asia region.
Job Descriptions:
- Write, edit and publish engaging posts for Instagram (Feed & Story)
- Caption and Content Planning for our Instagram
- Interacting with Audiences (IG Story, Comment Section)
- Coordinate with internal teams to create advertising posts (e.g. for events, open roles and product releases)
- Track and report on social media insights (traffic, engagement, shares, conversion rates)
- Apply advertising techniques to boost brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
- Has experience handling KOL
- Compile customer's review and upload it to IG Story
- Respond to questions and comments on our social media pages in a timely and accurate manner
Requirements:
- Min. 2 years of experience handling social media and content writing/copywriting
- Have experience working at a creative agency or beauty company
- Fluent in English, have proven experience to create English copy/content writings
- Up to date with the trend, knows how to use catchy words to persuade viewers
- Beauty enthusiast, extroverted, and has a unique writing personality
- Comfortable being in front of a camera
- Willing to do WFO (our office is located at Bluegreen Integrated Office, Jakarta Barat)
- Able to join ASAP
