Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise the online campaign needs to the Creative Team.
  • Initiate idea starter for communication based on briefs and alignment with PMM Team.
  • Develop creative briefs that pursue a balance of creativity and serving business needs.
  • Showcase strong and solid project management, specifically when multiple projects and campaigns are running in a similar timeline.
  • Supervise content production process team (internal and freelancer) for a timely manner.
  • Manage quality control of creative outputs before final checking by relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure the content implementation is well-executed as planned.
  • Pursue exploration for better optimization campaign execution.
  • Create monthly reporting based on content and creative exploration, competitive analysis and other players in the market.
  • Always doing alignment with PMM to ensure consistency of Traveloka FS products brand identity in all communication channels.
  • Implement performance marketing and create monthly report to optimize CPA

Requirements

  • At least having 1-2 years of working experience. Having experience in content management (account team in agency, or project manager in startups) is a plus point 
  • Familiar with marketing channels and generic users behavior for each mediums
  • Strive for exploration for creative optimization
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill, both in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Ability to cope and perform well-provided checklist/items in hands to be closed or implemented
