Responsibilities:
- Drive SME business performance, assist in the monitoring, analysis and reporting of both strategic objectives and business development projects in progress.
- Develop and lead the implementation of the SME Segment strategy in line with the overall Retail Banking Strategy; to ensure achievement of profitability targets through revenue maximization and prudent cost management
- Ensure compliance to the Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Identify policies, strategies and methods that can be utilized/adapted to the our context and propose general recommendations and directions for SME development based on those.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably majoring in Business Administration or Finance
- At least 3-5 years of experience in private sector/SME development
- Consulting, banking experience or financial industry background preferred
- Excellent knowledge of SME products and services, and related Banking products, for proper guidance and grooming of the SME Bank team, to better support the SME customer, and for optimized cross selling /fee based income performance
- Prior experience in handling campaign targeted to SMEs preferred
