ShopeeMall Project - Change Management

Job Description: 

• Lead and implement change initiatives within ShopeeMall from start to finish
• Evaluate the change impact and readiness to limit potential risk
• Manage the change portfolio, communications and views internally
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess impact of change
• Perform ad-hoc analysis where required to aid decision making

Requirement: 

• Driven and motivated with passion in the e-commerce or tech industry
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputable university 
• Has min 5+ years of experience in e-commerce industry, FMCG, management consulting or market research firms
• Consulting and project management experience are preferred 
• Able to converse in English and Bahasa Indonesia 
• Able to work with PowerPoint, Excel and other relevant tools
• Strong analytical, logical reasoning skills, and a well rounded business sense
• Structured thinking, ability to analyse, and solve problems under pressure
• Sound leadership skills
