Job Description:聽
- Lead and implement change initiatives within ShopeeMall from start to finish
- Evaluate the change impact and readiness to limit potential risk
- Manage the change portfolio, communications and views internally
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess impact of change
- Perform ad-hoc analysis where required to aid decision making
Requirement:聽
- Driven and motivated with passion in the e-commerce or tech industry
- Bachelor鈥檚 or Master鈥檚 degree from a reputable university聽
- Has min 5+ years of experience in e-commerce industry, FMCG, management consulting or market research firms
- Consulting and project management experience are preferred聽
- Able to converse in English and Bahasa Indonesia聽
- Able to work with PowerPoint, Excel and other relevant tools
- Strong analytical, logical reasoning skills, and a well rounded business sense
- Structured thinking, ability to analyse, and solve problems under pressure
- Sound leadership skills
