Shopee Express - Volume Management Project (PMO)

Job Description:

• Updates and maintains documentations / trackers for assigned relevant section / topic
• Responsible for reviewing and improving SPX business processes for assigned relevant section / topic
• Identifies bottleneck and/or paint points on current processes and proposes improvement suggestions

Requirements:

• Preferably 1-2 years experience in Business Process / SOP Reengineering
• Preferably coming from logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce background
• Familiar with logistic KPI, metric, system, and flow
• Experienced in developing, maintaining, and/or updating SOP
• Highly flexible, good teamwork, and able to work under minimal supervision
• Good communication skills and easy to adapt to new environment
• Willing to be placed at Dunex, Sunter
