Job Description:
- Updates and maintains documentations / trackers for assigned relevant section / topic
- Responsible for reviewing and improving SPX business processes for assigned relevant section / topic
- Identifies bottleneck and/or paint points on current processes and proposes improvement suggestions
Requirements:
- Preferably 1-2 years experience in Business Process / SOP Reengineering
- Preferably coming from logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce background
- Familiar with logistic KPI, metric, system, and flow
- Experienced in developing, maintaining, and/or updating SOP
- Highly flexible, good teamwork, and able to work under minimal supervision
- Good communication skills and easy to adapt to new environment
- Willing to be placed at Dunex, Sunter
