Shopee Express - Vendor Management Specialist

Job Description:

• Provide close monitoring of the process of sourcing, negotiating, acquiring, and managing qualified vendors for SPX
• Liaising with multiple stakeholders in the company to escalate and solve SPX vendor problems
• Build, promote, and increase the engagement of our long-lasting vendor relationships by understanding their needs
• Involved in the vendor performance management & development by evaluating the vendors’ performances

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent major
• Min. 3 years of work experience in Supply chain or Vendor Management, experience in Logistics industry is a plus
• Have an understanding of express logistics, market situation and able to research for potential vendors
• Good communication skill and managing multiple stakeholders
• Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Excel skills must be advanced and familiar with reporting tight deadlines
• Willing to be placed in Sunter, North Jakarta
