Job Description:
- Provide close monitoring of the process of sourcing, negotiating, acquiring, and managing qualified vendors for SPX
- Liaising with multiple stakeholders in the company to escalate and solve SPX vendor problems
- Build, promote, and increase the engagement of our long-lasting vendor relationships by understanding their needs
- Involved in the vendor performance management & development by evaluating the vendors’ performances
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent major
- Min. 3 years of work experience in Supply chain or Vendor Management, experience in Logistics industry is a plus
- Have an understanding of express logistics, market situation and able to research for potential vendors
- Good communication skill and managing multiple stakeholders
- Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Excel skills must be advanced and familiar with reporting tight deadlines
- Willing to be placed in Sunter, North Jakarta
