Job Description:
- Collect user needs and align on specifications such as: request type, unit quantity, expected handover date, required ETA / ETD, SLA and vehicle / unit flow
- Mapping vendor availability to request from user (supply and demand) and acquire approval from management
- Coordinate internal meeting with relevant stakeholders whenever any issue arise between vendor / user
- Coordinate internal meeting with relevant stakeholders regarding monthly vendor performance
Requirements:
- Holds Diploma or Bachelor's Degree, MBA holder is a plus
- Has 1-2 years of experience in Business Process / SOP Reengineering
- Preferably coming from a logistics, supply chain, FMCG, or e-commerce background
- Familiar and experienced in developing as well as maintaining the logistic KPI, metric, system, and flow
- Proven ability to manage large and complicated projects
- Highly flexible, good teamwork, and able to work under minimal supervision
- Good communication skills, with proficiency in English both oral and written
- Willing to be placed in Sunter, Jakarta Utara (Shopee Express HQ)
