Job Description:

  • Collect user needs and align on specifications such as: request type, unit quantity, expected handover date, required ETA / ETD, SLA and vehicle / unit flow
  • Mapping vendor availability to request from user (supply and demand) and acquire approval from management
  • Coordinate internal meeting with relevant stakeholders whenever any issue arise between vendor / user
  • Coordinate internal meeting with relevant stakeholders regarding monthly vendor performance

Requirements: 

  • Holds Diploma or Bachelor's Degree, MBA holder is a plus
  • Has 1-2 years of experience in Business Process / SOP Reengineering
  • Preferably coming from a logistics, supply chain, FMCG, or e-commerce background
  • Familiar and experienced in developing as well as maintaining the logistic KPI, metric, system, and flow
  • Proven ability to manage large and complicated projects
  • Highly flexible, good teamwork, and able to work under minimal supervision
  • Good communication skills, with proficiency in English both oral and written
  • Willing to be placed in Sunter, Jakarta Utara (Shopee Express HQ)
