Shopee Express - Vendor Acquisitions

Job Description:

• Vendor sourcing through RFQ for first mile, middle mile, and last mile
• Ensure vendor registration, document legalities and commercial. To maintain all information in Vendor Management database
• Create SKO (Surat Konfirmasi Order) and align with legal team regarding vendors agreement
• Ensure competitive rates from vendors before vendor conduct further negotiations with Procurement team
• Active information gathering from vendors (e.g. finding backup requests) to avoid supply risk

Requirements: 

• Holds Diploma or Bachelor's Degree, MBA holder is a plus
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in Supply chain or Vendor Management, experience in Logistics industry is a plus
• Have an understanding of express logistics, market situation and able to research for potential vendors
• Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Excel skills must be advanced and familiar with reporting tight deadlines
• Willing to be placed in Sunter, Jakarta Utara (Shopee Express HQ)
