Shopee Express - Trainer

Job Description:

• Review and evaluate training SOP for Shopee Express customer-facing functions
• Formulate training material and method that can be implemented to all of Shopee Express frontliners across Indonesia
• Arrange and deliver the Shopee Express frontliners training execution
• Monitor the implementation and effectivity of the training program
• Responsible for the training administration and report

Requirements: 

• At least a Bachelor degree from any major
• At least 5 years Experience in handling end to end training process, experience in handling a customer - facing function training is preferably
• Ability to communicate and high willingness to collaborate
• Excellent problem analysis and problem solving is required
