Job Description:
- Review and evaluate training SOP for Shopee Express customer-facing functions
- Formulate training material and method that can be implemented to all of Shopee Express frontliners across Indonesia
- Arrange and deliver the Shopee Express frontliners training execution
- Monitor the implementation and effectivity of the training program
- Responsible for the training administration and report
Requirements:聽
- At least a Bachelor degree from any major
- At least 5 years Experience in handling end to end training process, experience in handling a customer - facing function training is preferably
- Ability to communicate and high willingness to collaborate
- Excellent problem analysis and problem solving is required
