- Handling and solving major complaints
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from any major
- Having minimum 2 years leading a customer support team
- Proficiency on Google workspace (Google docs, Gsheet, etc) and Ms. Office
- Good problem solving skills
- Proven leadership skills
- Willing to be placed in Yogyakarta
