Shopee Express - Risk & Compliance

Job Description:

• Create & evaluate risk assessment for the company
• Establish and quantify SPX's risk of appetite (level of acceptance)
• Plan, design & implement an overall risk management process for the organization
• Conduct audits of policy and compliance standards, including liaison with internal or external auditors
• Provide support, education, and training to staff to build risk awareness within the organization

Requirements:

• Min. 3-5 years experience in risk management, having experience in logistic company will be a plus
• Preferably coming from banks, big 4 or consulting industry
• Excellent problem-solving & decision-making capabilities
• Good communication skill and managing multiple stakeholders
• Willing to be placed in Sunter, North Jakarta
