Job Description:
- Create & evaluate risk assessment for the company
- Establish and quantify SPX's risk of appetite (level of acceptance)
- Plan, design & implement an overall risk management process for the organization
- Conduct audits of policy and compliance standards, including liaison with internal or external auditors
- Provide support, education, and training to staff to build risk awareness within the organization
Requirements:
- Min. 3-5 years experience in risk management, having experience in logistic company will be a plus
- Preferably coming from banks, big 4 or consulting industry
- Excellent problem-solving & decision-making capabilities
- Good communication skill and managing multiple stakeholders
- Willing to be placed in Sunter, North Jakarta
