Responsibilities
- Formulate the long-term product strategy for Shopee Express and conduct strategic initiatives to ensure delivery of key business goals
- Identify, collect, and analyze business insights, and turning into a product design proposal for incremental improvements for existing or future Shopee Express services
- Drive the execution of all Shopee Express product lifecycle processes, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch
- Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, and revenue
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
- Drive product launches including working with the cross-functional team, and other product management team members
Requirements
- Min. 4-5 years work experience in doing Product Management, coming from Logistics / Tech / Consultancy / eCommerce industry
- At least have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management, Product Design, or other relevant fields (MBA is a plus)
- Fluent English skills in both writing and speaking
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a Product Management
- Strong problem solving skills and able to work effectively with cross functional teams in a fast-paced environment
