Shopee Express - Process Improvement

Job Description:

• Identify wastes and implement process improvement
• Deliver cost reduction action plan
• Measure cycle time for productivity and lead time analysis
• Identify visual management opportunity to support optimization in process flow
• Conduct regular gemba to identify any operation inefficiencies
• Support operation's A3 Kaizen project

Requirements:

• At least has 3-4 years of experience in Express / Logistics company as an Operation Excellence / Process Improvment
• At least a Bachelor degree from any major
• Process Improvement (LEAN, Kaizen, Waste Identification, 5S)
• Root Cause Analysis
• Excellent in problem-solving and analytical skills (Kaizen & Lean skills are preferred),
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Experience in being Facilitator and able to manage stakeholders
• Good presentation and analytical skill
• Understand and having experiences on Implementing & Improving Transport / Freight Management System (TMS / FMS)
• Willing to travel
