Job Description:
- Identify wastes and implement process improvement
- Deliver cost reduction action plan
- Measure cycle time for productivity and lead time analysis
- Identify visual management opportunity to support optimization in process flow
- Conduct regular gemba to identify any operation inefficiencies
- Support operation's A3 Kaizen project
Requirements:
- At least has 3-4 years of experience in Express / Logistics company as an Operation Excellence / Process Improvment
- At least a Bachelor degree from any major
- Process Improvement (LEAN, Kaizen, Waste Identification, 5S)
- Root Cause Analysis
- Excellent in problem-solving and analytical skills (Kaizen & Lean skills are preferred),
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience in being Facilitator and able to manage stakeholders
- Good presentation and analytical skill
- Understand and having experiences on Implementing & Improving Transport / Freight Management System (TMS / FMS)
- Willing to travel
